We have used Smartshine exclusively for the past 4 years to regularly valet our 4 cars and we are completely satisfied with their results and continue to use to the exclusion of others. Each car is used for different purposes and 2 cars endure high mileage and all that today's (especially winter),roads can throw at them.After a visit from Smartshine; each of them look like the day they were delivered new,perhaps even better. Smartshine use different procedures and treatments for each vehicle to suit their paint type,colour and interior.All cars frequently enjoy enviable comments and compliments from friends and strangers alike. The fourth car - a Bentley Continental GT ,was purchased with 20k miles.I am the second owner and the car was purchased from a Bentley main agent.It looked good when delivered but Smartshine were critical of the finish and persuaded me to let them bring it to an improved condition they believed was achievable. Following 20+ hours of professionally removing all swirl marks using their Knowhow and specialists compounds; they then selected the appropriate polish/wax and maintenance programme and the car is now in concours condition - an often over-used phrase but completely relevant in this case. Several words are needed to describe Smartshine : 100 % reliable,very obliging (turning out at short notice at inconvenient times),and perfectionist - I cannot think of a better recommendation.Thank you Harvey for all your hard work.Your Quality speaks for itself !.
